I'm discouraged and want to hurl myself into a delicious pint of oh so creamy, chocolaty, yummy, minty, ice cream. With a dollop of peanut butter. Doused with hot fudge.....

Instead of running full speed into the kitchen I've tucked myself into bed.

WHAT?! Augh I hate those weeks! Hang in there!! We all have them and I'm impressed by your self motivation - I would have bee-lined to the fridge, for sure.

ReplyDeleteKeep it up. You can do it! I can put 1 lb on by just looking at a piece of bread. In fact, I cheated by eating 1 piece of white bread and 2 bites of dessert for my father's bday and put on 1 lb. I blamed it on water weight due to salt intake and felt much better! :)
